This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes the privacy policies of Corvus Capital LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, "Corvus"). (e) Data will be kept only as it is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and processed. Those purposes shall be described in this Policy.

(f) Data will be deleted or amended following a relevant request by the concerned data subject, should such notice comply with the applicable law each time.

(g) Data will be processed in accordance with the individual's legal rights (as described in this Policy, or as otherwise provided by law).

(h) Appropriate technical, physical and organizational measures will be taken to prevent unauthorized access, unlawful processing and unauthorized or accidental loss, destruction or damage to data. In case of any such violation with respect to personal data, Corvus will take appropriate steps to end the violation, determine liabilities in accordance with applicable law and cooperate with the competent authorities.

 

2. Information Collected through Website. Corvus collects both personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information as described in this Policy. When Corvus refers simply to the term "information" in this Policy, Corvus is referring to how Corvus collects, uses, or shares both the personally identifiable and non-personally identifiable information. Personally identifiable information refers to information that is collected in conjunction with your name. Non-personally identifiable information refers to information that Corvus may collect from you that is not in conjunction with your name. Corvus does not collect any personally identifiable information about you unless you provide it voluntarily. If you do not want Corvus to collect personally identifiable information about you, you can simply decide not to submit it to Corvus (provided, this may affect your use of the Website or relationship with Corvus). The personally identifiable information that Corvus may collect includes:

(b) contact information, such as postal address, email address and telephone number; and

4. Methods of Information Collection.

(a) Contact Information. Corvus may ask you to provide personal information, including contact information.

(b) Mailing list information. You can be added to the Corvus mailing list upon request; subscriptions to the mailing list can be cancelled at any time.

When you submit a request, review or comment to Corvus' customer service department or participate in any interactive services Corvus offers (today or in the future), Corvus may ask you for your e-mail address or other contact information so Corvus can follow up with you and Corvus may obtain other personal information about you.

(d) Survey information. When you complete a survey online, Corvus may ask for certain information from you, including your age, zip code, shopping habits, e-mail and/or mailing address.

("Google"), to better assist Corvus in understanding how the Website is used. That information will be transmitted to and stored by Google. The information will be used for the purpose of evaluating consumer use of the Website, compiling reports on Website activity for Corvus' use, and providing other services relating to the Website activity and usage. (g) Other Information. Corvus may use tracking software and similar technology, which automatically collects information about your computer hardware and software and use of the Website. This information may be used by Corvus for the operation of the Website and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Website.

 

5. Protection of your Information.

(a) Information security. All electronic personal information held by Corvus is maintained on systems that are protected by up-to-date secure network architectures that contain firewalls and intrusion detection devices. Corvus may report to law enforcement agencies any activities that Corvus reasonably believes to be unlawful, or that Corvus reasonably believes may aid a law enforcement investigation into unlawful activity. In addition, Corvus reserves the right to release your information to law enforcement agencies if Corvus determines, in Corvus' sole judgment, that either you have violated Corvus' policies or the release of your information may protect the rights, property or safety of Corvus, you, or another person.

(d) Business Transition. If Corvus becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale or transfer of some or all of its assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

(e) Your Comments. If you post a comment to the Website, the information that you choose to post, including any personal information that you choose to post, may be available generally to the public.(f) Marketing Companies. Corvus generally only provides limited, non-personally identifiable information (e.g., the city, or the state, in which a device is located or information about your search or posting history) in conjunction with a randomly assigned number, and not in conjunction with your name, to marketing companies.

 

7. Third-Party Websites. The Website and Corvus e-mails may link to third parties' websites. It is also possible that third parties' websites or e-mails may link to Corvus' Website. Corvus is not responsible for the content or the privacy practices employed by third parties. Corvus encourages you to read the privacy policies of these websites before transmitting any personal information to third parties.

 

8. Dispute Resolution. If you believe that Corvus has not adhered to this Policy in connection with the handling of your personal information, please contact Corvus by e-mail at info@corvusjanitorial.com. Corvus will do our best to address your concerns.

 

9. Your Rights. You may email info@corvusjanitorial.com to review, update, and revise your personal information. If access is denied, you have the right to be informed about the reasons for denial. Corvus shall handle in a transparent and timely manner any type of internal dispute resolution procedure about personal information is conducted. 10. Obligations to Data Protection Authorities. Corvus will respond diligently and appropriately to requests from data protection authorities ("DPAs") about this Policy or compliance with applicable data protection privacy laws and regulations. Corvus will, upon request, provide DPAs with names and contact details of the individuals designated to handle this process. With regard to transfers of personal information, Corvus will (i) cooperate with inquiries from the DPA responsible for the entity exporting the data and (ii) respect its decisions, consistent with applicable law and due process rights. With regard to transfers of data to third parties, Corvus will comply with DPAs' decisions relating to it and cooperate with all DPAs in accordance with applicable legislation.

 

11. Policy Updates and Notifications. Corvus reserves the right to modify or amend this policy at any time by posting the revised privacy policy on the Website. If there are changes or additions to this Policy, Corvus will post those changes here or in other formats for you to review. Each version of this Policy will be identified at the top of the page by its effective date. Your continued use of the Website after the effective date of any modification to the Privacy Policy will be deemed to be your agreement to any changed terms.
